As Assistant Director of Sales, I fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with

KEY RESULT AREAS:
- To develop a comprehensive Action Plan targeting identified key geographic origins and segments in order to
- consistently exceed budgeted Room Revenue expectations from the designated outbound travel markets to
- Six Senses Southern Dunes
- To consistently exceed budgeted catering revenue expectations.
- To complete and participate in planned training as required.
- To ensure all proposals and contracts are sent to clients within 24 hours of inquiry and confirmation respectively.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- The incumbent herein shall invest an average of 60% of the time in the selling process: Investigates develops and generates business opportunities for Six Senses Southern Dunes specifically focusing on key customer geographic of selected Market Segment.
- Manages all sales activities remotely through Delphi. / Weekly or monthly reports as requested by DOSM
- Develops and maintains on weekly basis an active Delphi database of all prospective and designated key accounts relevant to outbound business solicitation and generation.
- Ensures seamless familiarizations, groups, conferences, and events from acquisition to delivery.
- All files and records should be consistent with the department's filing system and accessible to all.
- Conducts familiarization visits and site inspections proficiently in person for high-level VIP determined clients, or co-ordinate through sales/events on-property as appropriate subject to client requirement.
- Attends tradeshows as required.
- Understands the dynamics of key local and destination competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, to optimize positive and reverse negative impacts on our business strategies.
- Understands the total revenue impact of accounts on the hotels for better negotiation and yielding opportunities,and reviews business activities and their results to ensure goals are on pace.
- Co-produces the hotels' sales and marketing plans effectively, providing specialist input specifically relevant to the development of the selected Market Segment, MICE Group Segment (except Group series)/ Corporate segment.
- Co-produces, articulates, and implements competitive pricing and selling strategies and tactics successfully in coordination with revenue management, marketing communications, and the sales force.
- Reviews all potential special events, holiday periods in selected Market Segment, MICE Group Segment (except
- Group series)/ Corporate segment as well as potential demand generators in holidays.
- Understands the pace of business and implements actions to capitalize on or reverse positive or negative situations respectively.
