Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payment procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, room availability, and guest information accurately.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote IHG One Rewards membership and recognize existing members.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and daily financial procedures accurately.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with hotel security and safety procedures.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and contribute to positive guest feedback.
• Follow Staybridge Suites brand standards and IHG policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. French is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Good computer literacy. Knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel property management systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and develop within an international hospitality environment.
