Position: Laundry Supervisor

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our laundry department. The role ensures high-quality service, maintaining our hotel’s standards for guest and staff laundry, linens, and uniforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise laundry staff, schedules, and operations.
• Inspect and maintain laundry equipment for optimal performance.
• Oversee sorting, washing, drying, and pressing processes.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
• Handle guest laundry requests and ensure timely service.
• Train staff on procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
