Guest Experience Associate

We're looking for a service focused Guest Experience Associate to join our team: 

Your day to day: 

• Welcoming guests on arrival and providing assistance throughout their stay with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Assist guests with directions, hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and special requests.

• Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to meet guest needs.

• Assist with orders and serve food & beverage in the lobby and other outlets. 

• Support with guest check-in and check-out processes when required.

   

What we need from you: 

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations in hotels

• Food and Beverage experience, including bar and barista skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Professional appearance and positive attitude. 

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. 

• Local Canberra attraction, events and tourism knowledge is an advantage. 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
