  • Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Ensuring that the hotel’s facilities and services meet Holiday Inn® brand standards and IHG guidelines.
  • Following Front Desk procedures systematically, including all tasks on the daily checklist.
  • Closely adhering to safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for our guests.
  • Communicating relevant information related to the arrival and departure of VIPs and key guests, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the appropriate departments.
  • Promoting teamwork through daily communication and coordination with other teams.
  • Working in various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Embodying the Holiday Inn® spirit with pride, passion, and energy. Creating and inspiring others to deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Handling ad-hoc duties as required—those moments when teamwork is essential to get the job done.
  • Implementing your own project as part of your school program.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with an eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence, consistently delivering the Holiday Inn® standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; and other languages are a plus.
  • MBO education is required.
