Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Schedules fitness, sports and recreational activities.

• Teaches a multitude of exercise techniques from a variety of fitness scenarios.

• Explains and enforces safety rules and regulations governing sports and recreational activities.

• Handles all requests regarding fitness, sport and recreation activities.

• Markets and promotes fitness, sport and recreation activities.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the general principles of fitness and training, concepts of health and the effects of exercise on the human body.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the general principles of nutrition and influence on the performance of exercise activities.

• Provides nutrition and fitness tips to the client to enhance the workout program. 

• Develops and maintains professional, safe and effective fitness programs and activities in the fitness center, ensuring correct exercise practice at all times.

• Evaluates individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develops suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.

• Motivates the guests or customers to achieve the set fitness goals. 

• Promotes health club through membership sales, and record member information.

• Organizes and supervises regular fitness related activities and events to maximize members enjoyment/use of fitness and to keep ahead with our competition.

• Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.

• Performs related duties and other projects as assigned.

2.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Physical Education Degree from an accredited institution

Skills & Experience:

Fluent in Arabic and English

Time management

Social perceptiveness

Ability to motivate

Good communication and listening skills

1 to 3 years of experience
