Konsultan Analisis Tingkat Lanjut

Role Purpose

Generate insights and support decision making across a broad spectrum of problems involving customer and loyalty. Lead impactful initiatives and mentor others through deep familiarization of data assets, analytical tools, and advanced analytics techniques.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop an understanding of business problems through interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and model structured data using advanced machine learning methods and implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses.
• Derive what is critical and what is extraneous to solving the business problem. Understand the data requirements for formulating the solution.
• Research new data sets and determine their quality and feasibility.
• Manipulate data to support various statistical techniques.
• Interpret and communicate analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and executive decision makers.
• Identify trends or patterns in data sets and recommend courses of action or solutions.
• Effectively communicate to various sizes and levels of audiences to include senior leadership in both verbal and written format
  
   

Key Skills & Experience

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a closely related quantitative field with 5 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics; or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field with 3 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics

Experience

• Proficiency in DBMS like Teradata and Google BigQuery
• Expertise in data manipulation using SQL, Pandas, etc.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as K-NN, K-means, NLP, Naive Bayes, SVM, XGBoost, Random Forest etc. 
• Knowledgeable about statistical concepts such as parametric distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, etc.
• Experience with everyday data science toolkits in R or Python
• Experience working with significant cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and ability to use such tools for quantitative analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
