Senior Media Specialist, Brand Campaign
We're seeking for a talented professional Senior Specialist to join our Media Team under the Greater China marketing shared service team. This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of brand campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness. The Senior Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our media initiatives align with brand objectives, leverage owned media channels effectively, and reach target audiences with maximum impact.
Your day to day
- Campaign Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple media channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on KPIs to optimize current and future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-function teams to develop brand campaign plans. Prepare regular performance reports for the Senior Media Manager, delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Resource & Budget Management:
Support budget allocation and resource planning to maximize the impact of media initiatives within set budgets and timelines.
What we need from you
- 3+ years experience in media or marketing within the hospitality or related industry, focusing on brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and media planning software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin-Chinese
