Senior Analyst, EMEAA Growth Strategy & Office of CEO

As the Senior Analyst within the Office of CEO Growth Strategy, you will take a leading role in driving high-profile strategic projects, delivering insightful analyses, and fostering collaboration across business units. Your day to day
- Supporting EMEAA strategy projects through analysis, development, and presentation materials.
- Leading and contributing to EMEAA growth initiatives, including the development of tools and processes.
- Collaborating with functional and business unit leaders to manage and deliver on priority market initiatives.
- Providing strategic analyses, including competitor benchmarking and recommendations for growth focus.
- Developing presentation materials and insights for senior leadership teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strategic Thinking and Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyse markets, performance data, and business issues, drawing insights and conclusions to support strategic planning.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across business units and communicate effectively with all organisational levels, fostering consensus and alignment.
- Data Proficiency: High competency in analytics, reporting, and working with external data sources to derive meaningful insights.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Tableau would be advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge and Adaptability: Familiarity with hotel industry dynamics, economics, and external economic trends, with the ability to assess their impact on business performance.
This is a Windsor, UK based role where office presence 3x per week is required.
