- Translate operating forecasts into material requirements plans and thereby determine standard stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management.

- Process purchase requests from departments

- Supervise the hotels print shop to ensure timely and economical production of printed material

- Ensure that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B leader and Accountant
- 和酒店行政总厨，餐饮负责人和会计一起确保完成市场调查报告
- Work with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
