The Manager of Data Security is an independent contributor responsible for driving forward the data security program by defining program success criteria, driving governance, gathering business requirements and performing system and process analysis. The Manager may guide entry-level professionals for the overall successful completion of the program.

Your Day to Day: 

  • Documents data/system processes, use cases, and governance structures, including approval processes.
  • Defines expectations for data storage, response processes, and operational reporting metrics.
  • Manages multiple data security projects and conducts security policy control validations and gap assessments.
  • Educates colleagues on data security risks and partners with stakeholders for capability assessments and remediation.
  • Develops operationalization plans for data security tools and processes.

What We Need From You: 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive presentations.
  • Proficient in project management, including roadmaps, milestone tracking, and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced skills in collecting and documenting stakeholder use cases, process flows, and requirements.
  • Knowledge of privacy and regulatory compliance, including data protection and information security risk assessments.
  • Experience with data management solutions and a solid understanding of cloud security concepts and challenges.

Location – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
