Human Resources Business Partner - Product & Technology
Your day to day
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business performance through understanding and collaboration.
- Analyze HR-related data trends to anticipate needs and inform strategic business decisions.
- Tailor HR programs locally and consult on issues to create effective business solutions.
- Train and coach managers to foster an inclusive, diverse, and engaged workforce while collaborating on major HR initiatives for continuous improvement.
What we need from you
- Knowledge of federal laws impacting HR policy (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA)
- Broad HR expertise across specialized areas (ER, Comp, Talent, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels
- Customer-focused with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience in change management and global operations, with quick decision-making skills
No travel
Hybrid role - 3 days in office
The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $120,000.00. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
