Main tasks
• You will attend meetings and training sessions if required.
• You will be(come) familiar with fire procedures, hotel security procedures, hotel safety and health procedures and hotel facilities.
• You will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction is maintained and assist guests when they have problems in their rooms.
• Regular inspections of hotel rooms will be carried out by you.
• You will support and guide all departments in challenging situations, particularly when a guest requests to speak with the manager over an issue of concern.
Managerial responsibilities
• You will coordinate emergencies and the evacuation of guests in case of a fire, a bomb threat or other dangerous situations.
• You will be familiar with both short- and long-term marketing campaigns.
• You will be knowledgeable about marking and sales initiatives across the six continents.
Skills & Qualifications
• Hotel Management School/MBO student
• Some executive experience is preferred
• Completely proficient in both English and Dutch (requirement)
• Can write and speak in an additional foreign language is a pre
• Good and effective communicator
• Stress-resistant
• Good physical care and personal grooming standards
• True Service- and Hospitality mindset
• Leadership capability
