Your day to day

As a Supervisor, you will ensure a consistently high standard of service, champion training and assist in all areas of the operations when required.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Assist in the daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure that standards, service behaviors, and proper grooming is always adhered to.
• Support with the rostering of the team and delegation of tasks.
• Supervise the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks as well as making sure to provide prompt and excellent service.
• Settle guests' complaints.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together. 

What we need from you

• 5-star hotel experience is an added advantage
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and in different functions.
• Warm and inviting personality.
• Ability to think calmly under pressure.
• Willingness to learn open-mindedly.
• Passion of food and curiosity for something new
• Organization skills in restaurant operation
