We are looking for a dynamic and organized Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our F&B department.

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department.
• Assist the F&B Manager in scheduling, inventory management, and departmental reporting.
• Act as a liaison between kitchen, service staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain up-to-date records, including menus, recipes, event plans, and purchase orders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support in planning and executing events and promotions within the F&B department.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and responding to correspondence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
