Employer Brand and Attraction Specialist

Your day to day

  • Employer Branding: Develop and enhance IHG’s employer Employee Value Proposition, spotlighting our company culture, values, and benefits through compelling content. Supporting the management and maintenance of brand integrity across the organisation and supporting the multi-programmes, campaigns, and initiatives to our external talent audience aligned with our recruitment needs.
  • Strategic Support: Provide strategic support for cross-functional projects and initiatives that align with and advance our people agenda, fostering collaboration and innovation across the business.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management and growth of our presence on IHG Careers social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Plan, develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and attract potential candidates, spotlighting employee experiences and success stories to give candidates an inside look at life at IHG.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute our global content strategy that aligns with our recruitment goals and employer brand. Create a variety of content types including video, imagery, employee stories, blog posts, and social media updates. 
  • Stakeholder Management & Comms: Work hand in hand with agency partners and wider Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless approach to market around how, and where, we socialise our brand storytelling and what channels and platforms provide the highest ROI.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with HR and Corporate teams to ensure consistent / elevated output across all platforms. Work closely with recruiters, analysts and operational teams to understand hiring needs and create targeted content. 

 

What we need from you

We’re looking for someone who is committed with a natural ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment. 

Critical Expertise & Experience:

  • Solid experience around content creation, copywriting, ambassador campaign management and employer brand channels, platforms and tools.
  • Ability to manage a campaign from set up through to execution and delivery.
  • Strong copywriter with experience in asset development.
  • Curious around how things work, connect and interface and have a high growth learning mindset around development and progression.
  • Positive behaviours and attributes coupled with confidence around delivering guidance and hands on best practice around Employer Branding and social.
  • A natural passion for social media and digital/tech platforms 

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient using a range of digital platforms and social channels.
  • Video & still image editing experience across Canva, Adobe Premier Pro, and Photoshop required.
