Your day-to-day
- Adhere to all standards in accordance with the Brand Standards pertaining to welcoming and departing guests, baggage handling, delivery of items and newspapers, etc
- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
- Ensure a “welcoming sense of arrival” and demonstrate a “sincere farewell” while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area’s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company
- Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards
- Maintains a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guests
- Monitor and direct traffic activity of taxis, hotel limousines, guest vehicles etc to ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic at the hotel driveway
- Actively develop positive and effective communication between Bell Service and all other operational departments and Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, culture and countries
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Secondary school or equivalent, with 3 years’ experience in guest service or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Great communication skills. Must speak fluent English and local language with other additional languages preferred
- Computer literate (excel, word, office)
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
