JOB OVERVIEW 职位概述

•  Assist in providing day-to-day leadership to the Sales team in servicing leads through the effective execution of the enquiry handling process, steps to conversion, and the preparation of proposals, quotations, and checking product information and customer requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS: 企业责任
•   Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度。
•   Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department for solutions. • 
发现降低营销效果和酒店整体销售情况的运营问题,同相关部门协作共同解决。 
•   Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community. 
提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度。
•   Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任值班经理。
FINANCIAL RETURNS: 财务回报
•  Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel and ensure products and services are ahead of competition to maximise guest satisfaction
深入了解酒店目标的客户群和确保酒店产品和服务是在竞争对手中领先,并最大化客户满意度。
• Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and up sell products and services while minimising waste to increase revenue.
参与年度部门运行预算和财务计划的准备工作。监管预算,追加销售更多的产品和服务,避免浪费,提高营收。

PEOPLE: 员工团队
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,帮助解决各种员工矛盾,提升员工业绩。
• Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviours, and governmental regulations. Ensure staff has the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties.
遵照品牌标准、服务行为及政府法规教育和培训所有团队员工。确保员工获得恰当培训,并配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Interact with outside contacts: Guests, Vendors, and other contacts as needed.
通过与其他部门保持日常的沟通与协调,提高团队工作效率和服务质量。依据宾客数量确保有足够的服务人员。维护与宾客、供应商及其他相关利益方的良好关系。
•  Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with hotel or company rules and policies.
根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。

GUEST EXPERIENCE: 宾客体验
• Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.
为宾客提供各种信息(如:忠实计划、本地景点、餐厅、设备信息),以提升宾客体验。
•  Conduct hotel facility tours and entertain clients to enhance the guest’s stay experience.
引导和招待宾客参观酒店设施,以提升宾客的体验。
•    Analyse and action against client satisfaction surveys to improve services.
分析客户满意度调查报告,并有针对性地改进服务。
