DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
• Handle the procurement of conference business and assists in the planning and delivery of service during the conference. Manage the Banquet operations to maximize profit and guest satisfaction.
处理会议业务采购,协助规划和提供会议期间的服务。管理宴会业务,最大限度地提高利润和客人满意度。
• Ensure the collection of all payments from all banquet functions, by following the standard payment processing procedures established by the hotel.
按照酒店制定的标准付款处理程序,确保收取所有宴会活动的所有款项。
• Monitor costing of banquet supplies, labour, food and beverage
监控宴会用品、人工、食品和饮料的成本计算。
• Assign tasks and duties to all staff, with regards to set up, service and closing procedures.
为所有员工分配有关布置、服务和活动结束程序的任务和职责。
• Inspect the quality and set up of additional services requested by client.
检查客户要求的附加服务的质量和设置。
• Communicate with the kitchen and executive chef, with regards to the set up requirements of all buffets, and service of all western and Chinese banquets.
就所有自助餐的布置要求以及所有中西式宴会的服务与厨房和行政总厨沟通。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
• Ability to train, supervise and guide fellow employees to perform banquet related tasks.
能够培训、监督和指导其他员工执行宴会相关任务。
• Able to read, write and speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
能够读、写和说粤语、普通话及英语。
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
解决问题、推理、激励、组织和培训能力。
• 3 years or more of related work management experience.
3 年或以上相关工作管理经验。
