岗位职责:

Assist in the preparation ofthe yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques todevelop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

Assist in accuratelyforecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & foodproduction.

协助精确预测商业需求确保员工安置及食品制作。

Ensure the awareness &enforcement of all IHG S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.

确保了解并执行IHG酒店集团的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。

Enforce operationalStandards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。

Be responsible for maintainingoutlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。

Enforce IHG’s 70-point sanitation checklistby having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

执行IHG酒店集团的70条卫生标准,每月对部门进行检查。

Be responsible for assetmanagement of all outlet property and facilities.

负责本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产。

Conduct a preventativemaintenance inspection on a weekly basis.做好每月预防性的维修检查。

Enforce IHG’s Principles ofHospitality at all times.始终贯彻IHG酒店集团热情好客的原则。

To be able to lead andcommunicate with his/her colleagues during the restaurant operation.

在日常运营当中能够很好的领导员工及与员工沟通。

To supervise and participate in running of anefficient and profitable operation in the areas for

 which you are responsible. Liaise with youroutlet manager to actively encourage a professional and dedicated team.

管理,组织和参与到所负责的区域有效的完成工作,和上司保持联络并积极鼓励大家成为专业的团队。

Toassist the Assistant Lobby Lounge Manager in enabling colleagues toconsistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a highdegree of client care and service at all times.

协助大堂吧副经理,促使同事们总是能够提供高质量的服务给我们的客人。

Oversees the set-up andoperation of a station/section in a restaurant.

监督摆台和每个餐厅每个区域的运作。

Provide recommendation and prepare wine choice forthe guest.

为客人提出葡萄酒推荐及提供选择。

To co-ordinate the service of food and beverageefficiently and accurately.

迅速,高效地位客人提供服务。

To report and follow up all maintenance defaultsaffecting efficient and professional delivery of

service.汇报和跟进所有维护工作,确保其有效的完成。

To involve with service related to VIP guests

参与VIP客人的服务。

To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuringthat appropriate action is taken in the

absence of the Lobby Lounge Manager/AssistantLobby Lounge manager, followed by effective communication

对客人的需求有前瞻性,确保在大堂吧经理和副经理不在的时候做出恰当的行动和有效的沟通。

To perform and check all duties related to restaurantopening/closing check list.

执行和检查所有关于开档和收档的检查表的任务。

Perform any other reasonable duties as required bythe Assistant Lobby Lounge Manager.

执行和完成任何由大堂吧副经理合理安排的工作。

To carry out and supervise daily, weekly and monthlyinventory.

执行和完成每日,每周和每月的盘点。

Responsible for cash float and cashiering.负责收银员及备用现金的工作。

To maintain and order all the store requisition.维持和订购仓库所需物品。

 

技能要求

 Demonstrated ability tointeract with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly onthe hotel, the brand and the Company.

完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

Able to read and write English能够读写英语。

 High School.高中学历

Customer Service experience preferred.具有服务经验者优先考虑。
