What You’ll Be Doing:

?? Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of innovative and luxurious marketing campaigns from start to finish. You’ll ensure campaigns align with our brand values, capturing the essence of luxury and the unique experience we offer our guests.

?? Social Media Strategy: Own and manage the brand’s social media presence, crafting compelling content that elevates our luxury image. You’ll engage a refined audience across platforms, creating experiences that resonate with both new and returning guests.

?? Content Creation & Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke content that highlights the luxury and leisure experiences of our property. From storytelling to visual content, you’ll ensure that our campaigns exude sophistication and elegance.

?? Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, within budget, and in line with our high standards of excellence.

?? Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and social media activities. You’ll provide key insights and recommendations to optimize engagement, bookings, and brand presence.

Website Management: Oversee website updates, ensuring an elegant and seamless user experience. Maintain and optimize website content using WordPress and Elementor, keeping it aligned with our luxury brand standards.

?? Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing efforts that support the overall goals of the hotel, from increasing bookings to enhancing the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in executing luxury marketing campaigns, particularly in the hospitality, leisure, or travel sectors.
• Hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on engaging a premium audience and driving brand awareness for a luxury brand.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, sophisticated content that reflects the luxury and prestige of our hotel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
