As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure Excellence: Coordinate and prioritise maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Drive Preventive Maintenance: Implement strategies to prevent system failures and ensure our facilities operate efficiently.
  • Champion Sustainability: Promote environmentally friendly practices and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

What we need from you 

  • Experience in general building maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses is preferred.
