Role Purpose:
The IT Architect is a seasoned member of a team delivering new technology capabilities to the Company’s owners, customers, and partners within the organization. The IT Architect helps set the vision and parameters that Agile delivery teams operate within. In addition, the IT Architect helps develop and support governance processes that ensure that team deliverables meet the Company’s standards for performance, availability, quality, security, and maintainability.

Your Day to Day: 

• Lead the design of scalable, cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS and GCP, integrating hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Provide expertise in cloud solutions for Infrastructure, Networks, Storage, Compute, and Database, while implementing security best practices.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts and document decision-making processes to support future scaling and optimization.
• Develop a unified infrastructure architecture roadmap that aligns with industry standards and translates technology direction into business value.
• Influence stakeholders and senior leadership on technical solutions, while researching new technologies for potential application in IT strategies.

What We Need From You: 

• 10+ years of progressive experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines and technologies related to architecture and engineering processes.
• Technical mastery in architecture, with extensive knowledge of product designs and technology capabilities across various platforms.
• Champion of engineering process disciplines (Scrum, Agile, Kanban, ITIL) and industry process improvement programs (CMMI, ISO 9000, Six Sigma).
• Required skills include Java, Linux, Microsoft, enterprise caching architectures, microservices, public APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hot skills focus on cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud), middleware (Kubernetes), virtualization, networking, monitoring, logging and security architectures (IAM, SSO, Active Directory).

Location – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $200,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
