Your day to day
The HVAC/Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for the seamless operation of the resort air conditioning and ventilation systems. In addition, all fridge/freezer operations are also to be maintained and kept operational to minimise disturbance with operations.
What we need from you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering seamless guest experiences. You’ll need to relocate and live on Hayman Island, Queensland, and bring a hands-on approach to your work.
A valid Queensland driver’s license is essential, along with a Queensland safety induction White Card. Previous experience is highly desirable, and you should be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
- Trade certificate in air conditioning and refrigeration.
- Refrigeration gas license, restricted electrical license, Queensland vehicle license and Queensland safety induction White Card
- On top of building equipment and hand tools, you will have a working knowledge of domestic and industrial plant and equipment.
- Be flexible on work hours and days as this role could include weekends
