What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Food & Beverage Team Leader, based in the Atrium Lounge, you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience. You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Atrium operations, including but not limited to – service mise en place, equipment set up and pack down, food and beverage service in Atrium and the other outlets when required. You’ll create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
● In the bar, you’ll be mixing a range of sophisticated drinks. Maintain consistency and quality and ensure your team are trained to do the same
● Assume responsibility for preparing the Atrium Lounge for service including opening/set-up, clearing, re-setting and closing procedures
● Assist the Venue Manager with induction, on-boarding, training, and development of colleagues as a part of the Performance Management Cycle

● Assist with the management of UKG, including scheduling, timesheets and leave requests
● Cooperate and partner in the implementation of workplace health, safety and wellbeing related initiatives
What We need from you:
● Demonstrated experience in a bar and/or hotel environment is essential
● Previous experience in leading a team is highly regarded
● Previous experience in leading a team is highly regarded
● Flexibility– night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
● Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and have valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
● Communication skills – guest will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
