Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance the culinary experience by focusing on innovation and quality.
- Implement wellness and nutrition initiatives, with a focus on producing or sourcing our own products.
- Establish purchasing practices that align with Six Senses’ nutrition and sustainability guidelines.
- Regularly review menus and wine lists to ensure they stay relevant and follow Eat With Six Senses standards.
- Promote a cost-conscious mindset through training and education.
- Set and achieve financial goals related to revenue generation, profitability, and return on invested capital (ROIC).
- Ensure the department operates in compliance with all legal, financial, safety, and quality standards, maintaining necessary documentation, reporting systems, and operational protocols for a smooth and successful hotel operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field, with over five years of experience, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Strong proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- A proactive and visible leader with excellent organizational abilities and strong market positioning expertise.
- Strategic thinker with proven success in customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Keen sense of product quality and a deep understanding of luxury customer expectations.
- Business-minded with expertise in financial reporting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Collaborative leader skilled in building positive relationships and fostering a culture of shared success.
