ESPA spa therapist - Expat role

First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a ESPA spa therapist who can delight our guests in the treatment room and Hammam.
 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes into the spa reception area and relaxation room

● Tailored recommendations for each guest following the survey

 

What We need from you:

 

● Excellent therapist skills and 5 years past experience in a branded spa.

● Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories 

● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
