YOUR DAY TO DAY

Guest Experience

• Welcome and assist VIPs and guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct lobby presence and interact with guests regularly.

Operations

• Supervise Front Office operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room availability.
• Ensure smooth shift operations.

People Management

• Lead and support team members during shifts.
• Coach employees on IHG service standards.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates.

Safety & Security

• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures.
• Handle emergencies, guest incidents, and fire safety protocols.
• Prepare incident reports when required.

Financial Responsibilities

• Monitor room revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
• Minimize guest compensation through proactive service recovery.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare shift handover reports.
• Maintain guest records and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and SOPs.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration, plus 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience
• Must speak fluent English 
• Other languages preferred
