Your Day to Day:

Procurement Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy for all assigned properties.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and budget requirements.

Supplier Management & Negotiation:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

  • Monitor and analyze purchasing costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to track expenditures and forecast procurement budgets.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and safety standards.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their procurement needs.
  • Optimize inventory levels and streamline purchasing processes across multiple locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple properties or cluster operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of procurement software(I-porter).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • 担当する全施設の中央集約型購買戦略を策定・実施
  • 企業の方針や予算に沿った購買活動を管理

サプライヤー管理・交渉:

  • ベンダーやサプライヤーの選定・評価・契約交渉
  • 品質・コスト効率・納期を確保するための強固な関係構築

コスト管理・予算策定:

  • 購買コストの監視・分析によるコスト最適化
  • 財務部門と連携し、支出の管理や購買予算の策定

コンプライアンス・品質管理:

  • 企業の購買ポリシーや法規制の遵守を徹底
  • 品質・安全基準を維持するための定期的な監査の実施

オペレーション調整:

  • 各部門の責任者と連携し、購買ニーズを把握
  • 在庫レベルの最適化および複数施設間の購買プロセスの効率化
必要なスキル・経験:
  • 経験: 購買業務の経験 5年以上(特にホスピタリティ業界やF&B業界での経験歓迎)
  • スキル:
    • 優れた交渉力、分析力、問題解決能力
    • 複数施設の購買管理経験があると尚可
    • 購買管理システム(I-porter) の知識
    • 優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント能力
