Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour on a 13-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth across digital, social and promotional channels.

What You'll Do

• Manage the hotel's social media presence and content calendar. 
• Create engaging digital, video and written content. 
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, collateral and advertising activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations. 
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and media partners. 
• Support brand standards and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence. 

About You

• Experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism or service industries. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, content creation and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Meta Business Suite. 
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
