About the Role: Join IHG as a Hotel Performance Consultant, where you’ll be the key support for hotel owners, driving performance and fostering growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 50 hotels, collaborating with owners and General Managers to create strategic plans and enhance hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual strategic meetings with owners and GMs to set performance goals.
- Conduct bi-monthly virtual consulting calls to discuss revenue opportunities and operational strategies.
- Develop actionable plans to improve hotel performance across various metrics.
- Address inquiries from hotel leadership regarding operations, revenue management, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and support hotel openings or renovations.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in customer service within the hospitality industry, focusing on hotel operations.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
