Your day to day

Key Responsibilities:

 Operational Leadership: Ensure seamless daily operations, optimizing workflow

and guest satisfaction.

 Guest Experience Management: Foster a guest-first culture by addressing

concerns promptly and enhancing service standards.

 Financial Performance: Develop, manage, and analyze budgets, control costs,

and identify revenue growth opportunities.

 Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated team

to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.

 Revenue Optimization: Implement pricing and marketing strategies to maximize

occupancy and increase average daily rate (ADR).

 Quality Assurance & Maintenance: Oversee housekeeping and maintenance

to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and upkeep.

 Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local laws, health &

safety regulations, and brand standards to maintain a secure environment.

 Community & Brand Engagement: Foster strong community relations and

uphold a positive brand image through outreach and local partnerships.


What we need from you

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead our

119-room Avid hotel. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations,

ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, financial performance, and a positive team

culture. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence,

maximizing revenue, and maintaining high brand and service standards. Community

engagement and leadership in fostering strong local partnerships are also essential

aspects of the role.


What we offer

Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience, with a strong track record

of operational success.

 Brand experience within a limited-service hotel setting is an asset.

 

 Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

 Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations, guest services, and financial

management.

 Experience with complimentary breakfast programs and cost control

measures.

 Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and revenue

management software.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as

needed.
