Your day to day

Handling month closing procedure including Payroll JV, Provision (Air ticket / Gratuity / Vacation) JV, F&B JV, Prepaid, Accrual, Amortization & Pre-payment Jv preparing & posting to Accounting System

To ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

Preparing monthly GL Reconciliations for balance sheet Accounts and Intercompany Accounts for Management fee and profit Transfer.

Preparing monthly departmental expense & purchases analysis reports.

Verifying & Importing System Transaction, AR, AP & GC Transection’s to Accounting System.

Preparing third-party (outlet managers/rental) billing and annual statements including revenue transfers to ensure accuracy and both party clear understanding.

Processing Monthly standard JV / Accruals/rent / Staff allocation and all related JV for P&L Preparation.

Supervising AP, AR, IA, CC & asset tagging team.

Preparing monthly VAT and Quarterly Govt. Levy returns.

Verifying hotel electricity, water, telephone, Laundry, and Travel Agent Commission Invoices on Monthly Basis.

Preparing bank and credit card reconciliation every month and verifying daily transactions.

Providing all documents required for Internal and External financial audits for quarters & year-end

Specifically, review the accounts payable & receivable balance to ensure accuracy and proposes action and follow-up to be taken to ensure a clear balance with limited over 90/120-day amounts

Maintain Various monthly accruals required for Hotel Operation.

Support finance on other areas assigned by HOD

Accounting Knowledge  – You must have a sound knowledge of accounts

Responsibility – You must be ready to take responsibility independently for area assigned

Flexible – You must be flexible toward the job timings, work pressure and additional responsibilities. 

Information sharing – It is expected to share all information with HOD for effective control .

Compliant – To ensure local laws requirement, you have to complete all duties as per SOP & P&P of company.

Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
