Your day to day

The Director / Manager of Marine Logistics at voco Monaco Dubai will manage and oversee all logistics operations to support hotel and guest services. This includes coordinating guest and staff marine transportation, optimizing logistics strategies to achieve financial savings, and ensuring high standards of marine travel services. The Director / Manager will focus on operational efficiency, crew training, and daily reporting, aiming to enhance both guest and staff experiences.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration OR related.
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction with a proactive approach to service improvement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in logistics software and robust financial acumen.
