Your day-to-day:

  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
  • Help with offers and agreements 
  • Attending sales meetings and taking the minutes 
  • Answering customer inquiries/calls while the team is out of the office 
  • Maintain customer's profiles/data in Opera 

 

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales & marketing support or coordinator role

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) is a plus

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service

• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
