Join us in Germany to lead revenue strategy and performance for IHG’s Leased & Managed hotels, engaging franchise partners to adopt IHG tools and best practices. You'll drive a strong revenue management culture, analyse forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth. This impactful role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating actionable plans to enhance hotel performance.

Your day to day

  • Analyse and review hotel forecasts and budgets to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strengthen regional revenue management culture with on- and off-property solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise processes.
  • Perform in-depth revenue analysis and create improvement plans.
  • Prepare priority hotels for regional reviews and set performance expectations.

What we need from you  

  • Experience participating in an industry task force with clear project management experience
  • Ability to set goals and objectives and performance targets   
  • Partnership driven, able to collaborate and rally multiple stakeholders to deliver to deadlines and activity.
  • A confident leader, who can understand the vision and translate this into reality and execution.
  • Able to creatively solve problems to deliver effectively.
  • Builds strong and credible relationships. Is patient, yet persistent 
  • Has deep understanding of the markets and the context of operating in a diverse region
