Your day to day

People 个人

• Responsible for all the hotels art requirements; 
• Make sure all design and production in line with requirement and standard of group asked;
• Keep a file of reference materials related to the design of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas；
• Handle all photos taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage;
• Update photos of hotel facilities and services; 
• Assist in the preparation of Mandarin Press Releases; 
• Control PR photo files;
• Experience on PC graphics software;
• Appreciate consistency of graphic style and typography;
• Have at least a working knowledge of and be able to type accurately in English as well as be aware of editorial style;
• Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated and be able to fulfill demands with minimal supervision;
• Execute final artwork;
• Handle all basic photography work required in the hotel; 
• Update designs for all hotel publications, promotional materials, and art requirements;
• Ensure close working relation not only within the PR department but also within all departments that would need art service; 
• The Graphic Artist must coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running operation of the job functions;
• The Graphic Artist maintains close contact and rapport with local media; 
• He/she may be called upon to assist on special mission or replacement in commercial or administrative department of the hotel;
• Help Events team to print name card and related documents; 
• Search all major third party website hotel booking engine and ensure Hotel information is updated;
• Keep TARs hotel information updated all the time;
• Handle all distribution contracts;
• Brief and monitor Reservation director regarding rate strategy;
• Report on key strategic issues such as channel performance, ROI of promotions etc and ensure all data entry and out-put are clean in all relevant systems;

What we need from you

• Age: No limit 
• Gender: No limit 
• University Relevant hotel experience preferred; 
• Have at least 2years working experience in star hotel; 
• Friendly and guest orientated at all times; 
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision;有很好的人际沟通能力；
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; 
• Be familiar with Office tool, Word, Excel, Power Points;
