At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to join the team on our Terrace in Mayfair with an immediate start date available.

As our Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor you will be assisting with managing F&B operation on the Terrace. You have a Passion for providing positive guest experiences and will be someone who loves to interact with our guests! You will have previous experience leading a team within the food and beverage industry and are able to demonstrate your strong communication skills and are confident in leading the team and motivating them if the going gets tough!

The ability to multitask is essential as you will be working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You have previous experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Team Leader or Supervisor You have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed and most of all you have a flexible approach to shifts and able to work, daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
