Shape the future of revenue management as the Director of Revenue Management for Southern Europe, Georgia, & CIS. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute strategies that maximise revenue opportunities, align with brand and sales objectives, and foster a strong revenue management culture across the region. With a focus on leadership, innovation, and collaboration, you’ll drive success for both managed and franchise hotels while supporting talent development within your team.
Your day to day:
- Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies across the region to optimise pricing and inventory.
- Lead the evolution of pricing strategy at hotel, cluster, and regional levels to achieve the ideal balance of price and volume.
- Build cohesive partnerships across sales, marketing, and revenue teams, while strengthening relationships with franchisees and global revenue teams.
- Support and guide hotels with innovative sales, marketing, and distribution solutions to maximise revenues.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing revenue management team, ensuring career growth and best practices are at the forefront.
What we need from you:
- 8+ years in senior revenue management roles with multi-property and brand experience.
- Proven leadership in team management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving using structured methodologies.
- Experience in hotel operations, system implementation, and program management.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including guiding franchise partners, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and presenting insights at leadership meetings.
