CLUSTER RESERVATIONS MANAGER | Holiday Inn Express Gurgaon Sector 50

This role is based in our Portfolio office in Gurgaon Sector-50. Job role is team management role for cluster of 12 hotels in 9 cities with over 1750 rooms. Contributing positively to commercial performance of the cluster.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 Manage a team of 10-12 associates to bring efficiency
and support to hotels for complete reservation activity
 Control room inventory, including allocation and
reservations for maximizing yield.
 Participate in Revenue Management and Pricing calls
with trends and contribute to enhancing the commercial
performance of the cluster
 Enforce inventory controls through existing processes.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

 Minimum 5-7 years of experience of Independently
managing Reservations Dept in a Hotel or cluster.
 Cluster Experience will be added advantage
 Understanding of Reservation Processes
 Quick Learner and ability to adapt
 Data Analysis and presentations
 Excellent communication skills
 Commercial acumen
 Team Management
