Responsibilities:
- Fully prepare and check all equipment, amenities, and reservations before activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct excursions and activities safely, provide accurate information, introduce activity schedules, and personalize guest experiences.
- Plan, organize, and conduct children’s activities, maintain cleanliness, manage bookings, handle guest interactions, and create a safe, fun, and educational environment.
- Manage boutique operations, handle guest requests, record feedback, and assist in purchasing items for clients.
- Deliver exceptional service, uphold brand standards, participate in training, maintain professionalism, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Secondary education required, hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Swimming ability, first aid/firefighting knowledge preferred, strong English communication (additional language is a plus).
- Physically demanding role with outdoor activities and equipment handling.
