Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Designing and implementing programs that promote a culture of learning, growth, and excellence for all employees
• Supporting the administration and analysis of team member satisfaction surveys to improve the workplace environment
• Assisting in the onboarding and orientation process for new staff members
• Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences
