Senior Manager, Growth and Innovation


The Senior Manager, Partnerships Growth & Innovation will serve as the business leader and champion for Holiday Inn Club Vacations growth initiatives, and loyalty partner innovation. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives and annual business plans to deliver the partnership commercial, marketing, and growth objectives.
Your day to day
Lead workstreams across Brand, Operations/NHOP, Marketing, Commercial and Technology to launch an upper-upscale destination ownership proposition.
Lead the integration of HICV all-inclusive properties across Technology, Operations, and other internal IHG processes and systems.
Partner with key business stakeholders externally to drive plans and strategic initiatives.
Champion a brand refresh including VisID and key Brand House elements with internal and external partners.
Own the development and project management of key partnership innovations.
What we need from you
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
8-10 years of experience in brand partnership or relative management
Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line
Demonstrates ability in effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $ 143,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
