Hiring Salary: USD 125,000.00 - 135,000.00 YEARLY

The Senior Manager, Analytics leads the strategy, development, and execution of core analytics capabilities that support the Americas Development organization and senior leadership. This role is responsible for delivering reliable data assets, executive-ready dashboards, reporting tools, and actionable insights that improve decision-making, strengthen operational effectiveness, and enable scalable, data-informed business processes.

Your day to day 

  • Define and execute the analytics strategy for Americas Development, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, business objectives, and operational needs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, data models, and centralized data assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, governance, and long-term usability.
  • Lead the delivery of executive and operational dashboards, reports, and visualizations that surface key insights, track performance, and support business decisions.
  • Partner with Development, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics requirements, measurable outcomes, and actionable recommendations.
  • Champion data literacy across the organization by developing training, documentation, and adoption support for new reporting tools and analytics solutions.
  • Implement analytics best practices, including data quality standards, documentation, version control, access controls, governance routines, and reproducible analyses.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, improve data quality, and increase efficiency through scalable analytics solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging analytics capabilities, including AI-enabled tools and self-service reporting, to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop analytics team members and support resources; set priorities, review work for quality, and ensure deliverables create measurable business impact.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to monitor progress, communicate performance trends, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy experience required.
  • Strong background in data warehousing, ETL/data pipelines, business intelligence, and reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud analytics tools, cloud-based data platforms, and modern data architecture concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and the ability to connect CRM data to reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Working knowledge of automation, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to established timelines, scope, and budget expectations.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop others while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-structuring and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve process and technical challenges in a calm, measured, and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Experience designing dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions for senior executives and operational teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical techniques, market planning analysis, performance measurement, and business trend interpretation.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, SQL, analytics best practices, data governance, and data quality management; familiarity with Python or R preferred.
  • Strong data visualization, data storytelling, executive communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality development, competitive market dynamics, and the ability to access and interpret relevant business information.

Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The target salary for this role is $135,000.00.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
