Senior Loyalty Performance Manager

What You'll Bring:
- Experience in loyalty programs — your edge in the competitive landscape!
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Excellent communication, able to analyse and interpret trends and data, to tell compelling stories and engage diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
What You’ll Do:
- You'll lead and collaborate with complex and cross-functional stakeholders to engage and embed our commitment to our Loyalty programme, bringing the global initiative to life in Europe.
- As a Loyalty expert, you'll confidently partner with our teams in Operations and Marketing to support with impactful campaigns and the right tools to enhance loyalty performance.
- You'll understand the external market, able to identify the latest innovation, trends and insights, in a market that is evolving and developing.
- Ensuring brand alignment and a consistent approach, you'll work with our Global and EMEAA team understanding and interpreting projects and initiatives and providing the opportunity to maximise potential.
