What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Front Office team, ensuring effortless check-ins and memorable stays.
• Motivate and mentor team members, fostering growth and a positive, high-energy workplace.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
• Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver's License.
• A team player who inspires, engages, and promotes a culture of excellence.
• Long periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items
