Guest Experience Maker - Six Senses Con Dao

Responsibilities

• Conduct villa inspections, set up amenities, and perform check-ins/check-outs.
• Personalize guest experiences and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records in Opera system.
• Stay updated on resort services and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal procedures, and villa assignments.
• Maximize occupancy and upsell services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
• At least one year in a similar role at a high-end resort.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and POS systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
