Experience working with a breakfast buffet would be a plus. By maintaining a pristine workspace and upholding high standards, you’ll infuse your expertise into our menu, helping to create cherished moments that linger long after the last bite. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the tastebuds
• Being cleaner than clean to meet strict HACCP compliance
• Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player
• Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste
• Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
   

What we need from you:

• Commercial Cookery qualification or working towards this
• Have previous experience working in Teppanyaki grill 
• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling 
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths 
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Compliant - you must hold valid Safe Food Handling Certification
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
