業務分析師


This role participates in business process reviews, business requirements collections, solutions research, and comparison, be able to provide recommendations to ensure processes, systems and documentation meet changing business conditions and/or requirements. This role should be familiar with Agile project management framework, strong data insights and analysis capabilities. 25% time is communicating with various stakeholder groups internal、external、global to make sure project risks and changes are on the same page.
Your day to day
Project Management
- Build up project plan and monitor/track it delivery on budget, on time under high performance culture. Ensure activities are consistent with established standards end to end and remain competitive.
- Continuous optimize business process aligned with cross functional teams, document changes during whole system lifecycle.
- Efficient time and resource management, utilize O365 software to arrange meetings, collaboration, while Rally etc. tool to create/review User Stories or Features to convey resource maximization.
Data analysis capabilities
- Elicit business needs using a range of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, hotel visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, and business analysis.
- Understand and interpret business needs and translate them into systems and operational requirements.
- Research, identify and compare software solutions for high level leaders’ decision making.
- Integrate strong data insights, adopt Tableau, Excel, Salesforce tools to establish multi-perspective dashboard for business value added.
Communication skills
- Build up mutual trust relationships with stakeholders, including inner-organization and external business partners. With strong communication skills, be responsible for collaborating and influence them toward aligned project objective.
- Organize high level leaders’ meetings, prepare agenda, record meeting minutes, ask questions, produce surveys etc.
- Clear and simplified English email/PPT written to ensure complicated information delivery successfully.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Management, Management information service (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
- >3 years international company working experience in project management work-related.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis applications and a demonstrated understanding of organizational business systems and processes.
- Ability to understand technical problems and build solutions in relation to current and future business environments.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and conceptual skills which are needed to develop efficient and effective solutions for diverse, medium sized business problems
- Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to provide and explain technical information to business partners, vendors, and management.
- Ability to collaborate with more senior BAs to deliver large cross functional complex projects and initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Agile or ideally, Scaled Agile Framework environments
