岗位职责:

1. Liaise closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads /inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed event.

当得悉一些商机或问询(价格,策略,特殊要求),要与客房销售团队保持紧密的联系,提出最佳方案,从而将商机/问询转化为确认的业务。

2. Welcome the client to the hotel and inform them upon arrival of the facilities and reconfirm the arrangement made.

当客户抵店时亲自迎接以示欢迎,同时向客户介绍酒店的各项设施,并与客户再次确认宴会安排。

3. Prepare proposals / contracts for leads / inquiries received from Director of Events/Assist. Director of Events/Senior Manager.

当从宴会销售总监/宴会销售副总监/高级经理方面获得业务线索和问询时,准备计划书/合同等。

4. Follow through from negotiation until departure for events assigned.

对于分派的宴会活动,要从谈判到客人离店,全过程一一跟进。

5. Liaise with clients on finalizing details and give professional advice on set-ups and planning of events.

和客户一起商谈敲定最终细节,并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的建议。

6. Practice up-selling at all opportunities to maximize revenue.

不错过任何促销酒店机会,以扩大收益。

7. Ensure effective communication with clients and internal departments.

保证与客户和酒店内各部门有效的沟通。

8. Be responsible for the dissemination of group related information to other departments e.g. issue Banquet Event

Orders, Group Resumes and attends pre-event meeting.

负责将团队宴会客户涉及信息分发至酒店各相关部门。例如,发送宴会活动通知单,团队简介并参加宴会准备会议。

9. Maintain close co-ordination with respective departments on organizers’ requirements and last minute event requirements.

在会议组织者要求或有突发紧急需求的情况下,保持与各部门之间的沟通协调。

10. Be visible to organizers and clients during their event/group dates and monitors guest satisfaction.

会议组织者与客户在酒店期间要与之保持联系,并关注客户的满意度。

11. Oversee the operation of banquet functions and work closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.

检查宴会运行和与相关各部门的工作,确保随时随地客人都享受到高品质的服务。

12. Regularly review Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.

定期回顾总账户的入账情况并确保其准确性,经常性地和客户一起审核账单以避免最终发票出现任何问题。

13.  Involve concerned Director of Events during post-event meeting and post-event follow up such as sending Thank you letter & Post-Event Critique forms together

在宴会活动结束后,与宴会销售总监一起进行总结会议和跟进事项,例如一起发感谢信和会议跟踪调查表等。

14. Obtain feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions.

从客户处获得意见反馈并采取必要行动来进行跟进。

15. Refer leads and sends Event Profile information to relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO (if any).

如有需要,向其他洲际酒店或全球销售总部介绍生意机会,并寄出相应的会议活动档案。

16. Maintain the active Event Profile Database & Group Chart.

制定并保持有效的会议活动数据档案及团队结构图。

17. Establish good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external

customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers)

与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。

18. Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to department budget.

积极参与完成部门目标,达到销售预算。

19. Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production.

密切监控客户收入和业务产量。

20. Provide feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and achieved overall business goals through close communication with Event Sales Managers and Director of Events.

通过与其他宴会销售经理和宴会销售总监之间紧密的沟通联系,提供市场趋势的反馈,不断发展客户关系,完成总体销售目标。

21. Assist the Director of Events in the forecasting of group room nights and Events revenue.

协助宴会销售总监预测房间销售数目和宴会收入。

22. Arrange relationship building visitations when necessary.

视需要安排营造业务拜访。

23. Cross-sell other sister Hotels.

交叉销售其他姐妹酒店。

24. Handle inquiries for re-booking of business and new leads when Director of Events/Senior Manager is not available.

当宴会销售总监/高级经理不在时,处理问询再次预定和新的业务。

25. Conduct site inspections for potential clients when other Event Sales Managers and Coordinators are not available).

当其他宴会销售经理、协调员不在时,带领潜在客户参观酒店。

26.  Attend regular communication meetings with operations staff to update on event details.

参加正常的沟通会议与运作部门更新宴会细节。

27. Ensure effective and close communication within the department and other departments.

确保和其它部门有效而密切的沟通。

28. Maintain timely and responsive communication with clients.

及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。

29. Liaise with Food & Beverage Department in ensuring that the hotel hygiene and food safety control standards are

maintained.

与餐饮部沟通一起保证酒店食品卫生控制管理体系的实施。

30. Adhoc assignment from the hotel management.

完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
